AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that power our AI-driven hiring platform. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to build intelligent solutions that transform the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models for candidate matching and recommendation systems
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing and model training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform
• Optimize model performance and ensure high accuracy and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or search algorithms
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR tech or recruitment platforms
• Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks or Transformers
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment
• Published research in AI/ML conferences
